About Me

PROFESSIONAL I was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu. I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor's in Secondary Education. After teaching at Mililani Middle School, I made Las Vegas my new home in 2005, also made real estate my new career in 2005. In 2009, I became licensed as a Broker-Salesperson. I have extensive experience in REO and short sale transactions. My beginnings in real estate were spent as a Listing Specialist, then I transitioned to a Transaction Coordinator for a top REO team, closing over 1000 properties. As the market changed, I shifted with the flow and have flourished in the short sale arena. Since 2012 I have been with Innovative Real Estate Strategies in Nevada as a Short Sale Negotiator, holding title as their Senior Negotiator over the past 4 years. Most of those years I accomplished all by working remotely here on Oahu. I have helped hundreds of Nevada homeowners in hardship get out from under the weight of their mortgages, and continue to do so. I truly enjoy helping people and being in real estate allows me to do just that! As I continue my work in Nevada, I hope to bring my expertise to the islands to help the people of Hawaii. Whether buying or selling, distressed sale or traditional, staying or relocating to Nevada, I have the experience, knowledge, and negotiating skills to help anyone reach their real estate goals. PERSONAL When I'm not "Doing Real Estate," I'm enjoying family and my Hawaii life! My two boys, 8 and 2, keep me busy and never offer a dull moment...three boys if you count my other half. We are enjoying our new Ewa Beach home in Ho'opili and exploring all that our community has to offer. But top of the list as always is sun and sand - the boys demand!
