“Stop selling, Start helping.” Girlie is an educator, detail-oriented and advisor, who challenges, teaches and helps clients.

When working with a Buyer, Girlie sees to it that she will meet the client’s expectations. She ensures that the client clearly understands the details of the real estate and that the property will fit the lifestyle of the Buyer.

Every time Girlie lists a property for sale she is committed to exemplify loyalty to the Seller. She makes sure that she will deliver the utmost strategies to make the property competitive to the market.

Girlie’s knowledge in costumer service started at Heald College, finishing Hospitality and Tourism with High Honors. Girlie spent her corporate life administering 15 restaurants dealing with various government agencies, suppliers, employees and costumers. Besides being an Administrator, she is also a licensed Life Insurance agent. She understands that real service cannot be measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.

Girlie has a share of humble beginnings. Her family migrated here in Hawaii in 1998 and worked long hours in restaurants to provide for a living. This experience has always fueled her never-give-up attitude and work ethic.

Every one of Girlie’s clients will get a hard-working advocate in their corner. Her past is the testament that inspires her to reach out to others to achieve their American Dream, to live in a comfortable home where one can shape a lifestyle.

As a mother of 3, Girlie honors the significance of raising a family in a real estate, where someone could build memories and lifelong relationships. She also learned how to manage details, processes and deadlines by managing a household.
