Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai'i, Tricia Nekota is an accomplished REALTOR® and broker-owner with nearly two decades of experience. A former educator with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Chaminade University, she blends her teaching background with her passion for real estate to guide buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence. Tricia is an educator at heart and has iearned 10 prestigious National Association of REALTORS® designations and certifications, including ABR, CRB, CRS, and PSA. In 2021, she founded Dream Home Realty Hawaii, leading with a philosophy rooted in education and empowering her clients to make informed decisions in a dynamic market. She was honored as the 2024 Hawaii REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year, the 2025 Honolulu Board of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year, and awarded the Nishikawa Education & Professional Achievement Award in 2025 also. Throughout her career, she has received numerous additional recognitions for her professionlism and service. Tricia is a respected leader at the local, state, and national levels, serving in high-profile volunteer and governance roles within the real estate industry.
