Aileen Andres is a lifelong resident of the State of Hawaii and has lived on the islands of Kauai and Oahu. She has 10+ years of real estate experience and was a member of one of the Top Real Estate Teams in Hawaii as a Listing Specialist and a Buying Specialist with over 600+ transactions from 2007-2015.

Aileen is experienced in negotiations, 1031 exchange, prepping homes for sale to increase market value, overcoming challenges, and successfully closing transactions. She is experienced working with 1st Time Home Buyers, Investors, Seniors looking to downsize and Military Servicemen and Servicewoman.
