Sandra is a native of Kauai and is the proud mother of Ashley Sagisi Moser, 2009 Miss Hawaii Teen USA and 2007 Miss Teen World United States and current a news anchor for KSL TV in Salt Lake City, UT. Sandra is married to Kendall J. Moser, a Deputy Attorney General in the State of Hawaii.
Sandra is also a former television journalist/news anchor/reporter in Florida, Utah and Hawaii. She has also served in Mayor Mufi Hannemann’s Administration as one of his Deputy Directors and as Public Communication Division Chief for the City and County of Honolulu. She was a Corporate Account Executive for one of Hawaii's premiere public relations firms, Stryker Weiner and Yokota, servicing: AT&T, DISH Network, Campbell Estate, Cadinha & Company, Stanford Carr & Development, and more.
Sandra is a former Director of Student Activities and Training Development at BYU-Hawaii. Sandra graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications, BYU, Provo, UT, and has earned an Associate of Arts degree in Theatre-Fine Arts at BYU-Hawaii.
