About Me

Sandra Sagisi Moser is a Real Estate Broker and has an extensive background in real estate investing and finance. Her past mortgage broker experience (Conventional loans, VA, FHA, FNMA and subprime underwriting and compliance) compliment and solidify her real estate career. Sandra has also managed single family and town house properties from 2004 to present. Sandra co-listed homes for govt. foreclosures FNMA, handed out settlement checks to homeowners and assisted in a peaceful eviction with the help of law enforcement officers.

Sandra specializes in luxury homes and short sales on Oahu,also sells real estate on the neighbor islands. She has set the record in closing short sales in Hawaii Kai, the Moana Kai subdivision on Oahu: one unit closed in 12 days in 2008, and another in 15 days in 2009. She has closed CASH offers in less than 7 days. Generally, for serious and pre-qualified Buyers, Sandra has gotten her Buyers into escrow between 2 to 4 days.

Sandra is a native of Kauai and is the proud mother of Ashley Sagisi Moser, 2009 Miss Hawaii Teen USA and 2007 Miss Teen World United States and current a news anchor for KSL TV in Salt Lake City, UT. Sandra is married to Kendall J. Moser, a Deputy Attorney General in the State of Hawaii.

Sandra is also a former television journalist/news anchor/reporter in Florida, Utah and Hawaii. She has also served in Mayor Mufi Hannemann’s Administration as one of his Deputy Directors and as Public Communication Division Chief for the City and County of Honolulu. She was a Corporate Account Executive for one of Hawaii's premiere public relations firms, Stryker Weiner and Yokota, servicing: AT&T, DISH Network, Campbell Estate, Cadinha & Company, Stanford Carr & Development, and more.

Sandra is a former Director of Student Activities and Training Development at BYU-Hawaii. Sandra graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications, BYU, Provo, UT, and has earned an Associate of Arts degree in Theatre-Fine Arts at BYU-Hawaii. A two-time Emmy-nominated journalist by the National Television Arts and Sciences, San Francisco Region. Aloha Aina nominee by the Honolulu Board of Realtors in Hawaii 2011, 2012. Voted as Top 6% Realtors by Hawaii Business Magazine, Who's Who in Real Estate by Pacific Business News and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.
