Candice Aoki brings over 20 years of real estate and property management experience to every client she serves—but her passion for helping others find stability and security through homeownership began much earlier. Candice purchased her first home in 2002, an
experience that shaped her deep understanding of how powerful it feels to have a place that offers safety, consistency, and peace of
mind.

As a Christian Realtor, Candice’s work is guided by faith, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others well. She believes that real estate
is never just about buying or selling a property—it’s about helping people build a foundation where they can feel secure, supported, and
confident in the decisions they’re making.

Candice is also a dedicated wife and mother of two daughters—one currently in college and one in high school—which gives her a very
real appreciation for the importance of stable housing and long-term planning. At home, life is kept lively by her husband and their
energetic three-year-old dog, Kiko, who keeps the family laughing and grounded.

With a strong background in property management, Candice understands both the emotional and practical sides of ownership. She
works closely with homeowners and tenants alike, managing properties with professionalism, care, and respect—always mindful that a
