Honesty, Integrity and Goal-Oriented. Having an extensive customer service background both in Japan and Hawaii, Sachiko's first priority is understanding her clients' needs.

Sachiko brings a bicultural perspective to her work, enabling clients from Hawaii, the U.S. mainland and Asia to work comfortably with her. Born and raised in Osaka, Japan. Sachiko earned a BA in English Literature from Kobe College, one of the Japan's oldest colleges for women.

After graduation, Sachiko joined the reservations and sales team at Cathay Pacific Airways, one of Asia's leading airlines. Her strong instincts for customer service soon got her promoted to reservations instructor for travel agencies. She then came to Hawaii to study for a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at Hawaii Pacific University. She also broadened and deepened her client service expertise with work in Japanese Customer Relations at Waikiki Sunset Hotel, service as Japan Client Liason for a high-tech Internet translation venture, and work at Japan-America Institute of Management Science (JAIMS), a post-graduate, intercultural business school where she helped students find internships and employment.

About half a year after starting her real estate career in 2004, Sachiko began developing what has become her specialty - luxury condominiums in Kaka'ako, Ala Moana and Waikiki, and high-end single-family residences, particularly in the exclusive Kahala area.

She was selected for the Ala Moana Hotel Condominium sales team, and successfully closed over 350 units during the sales were in place from 2005 through 2007.

The Ala Moana Hotel Condominium is the largest condominium conversion project in the state of Hawaii, and she is very proud that she worked on the project as one of the only 4 sales team members.

She moved back to general brokerage in 2007, and has been helping buyers and sellers in wider areas including Waikele, Mililani, Kaneohe and Kailua.

Throughout her real estate career, she established close relationships with Japanese real estate companies assisting Japanese clients with purchasing properties in Hawaii. Sachiko regularly visits Japan to hold Hawaii real estate seminars for investors and buyers, teaming up with her network.

Sachiko works tirelessly to strengthen her professional knowledge, earning several key credentials - e-PRO (Expert in Internet Marketing), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).
