Hai Cha entered the real estate profession in 1980's and earned her Broker's license in 1986. She then secured the designation of Certified Residential Specialist in 1990 and her e-PRO certification in 2001.

Hai Cha is an active member of the Rotary Club of Honolulu, allowing her to contribute to the welfare of the community.
