About Me

Originally from California, Karla visited the islands of Hawaii for many years before making Maui her permanent home in the mid 1990's. After relocating, she quickly grasped an understanding of the real estate industry and obtained her real estate license. Her professionalism is enhanced having served as a legal assistant and paralegal working with real estate contracts and serving as the president of her homeowner's association.

During her initial year in the real estate business, Karla earned the Rookie of the Year Award while working with a large real estate office on Maui. She then quickly moved up to be one of the Top Producing Agents in her office specializing in the area of South Kihei and the resort area of Wailea.

After many years of living on Maui, Karla and her children relocated to the island of Oahu. There she was Owner and Principal Broker of Casey & Associates in Hawaii Kai. That office is now part of LIST Sotheby's International Realty and Karla is Broker-in-Charge.

Karla has a vast knowledge of the real estate market on Oahu, Maui and Lanai and has been nominated year after year for the People's Choice Aloha Aina Award for her ability and motivation to go above and beyond to serve her clients.

Karla lives a very active lifestyle which includes surfing and exercising and especially enjoys spending time with her children and friends.
