Contest Rules
To enter, you must be an active REALTOR® member in good standing with the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®.
Members who are eligible to win must not have any of the following:
- Code of Ethics or membership duty violations in this Board or any other REALTOR® Board or Association within the last 3 years;
- Unsatisfied discipline pending , unpaid arbitration awards, or unpaid financial obligations to this Board or any other Board or any Board Multiple Listing Service;
- Official sanctions involving unprofessional conduct* within the last 3 years
- Felony conviction
*Unprofessional conduct is intended to mean violations of 1) civil rights laws; 2) real estate license laws; and 3) other laws prohibiting unprofessional conduct rendered by the courts or other lawful authorities.
Contest ends: January 31, 2015
