Named HBR 2005 REALTOR® of the Year

Joel Criz, CCIM, GRI, of A. Joel Criz & Associates was honored as
the
Honolulu Board of REALTORS® 2005 REALTOR® of the Year. This
award
recognizes Criz’s significant contributions to the advancement
of his profession and to the community. He is a past president of the
Hawaii CCIM Chapter, the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, and the Hawaii
Association of REALTORS®. Criz also serves on the Board of the Directors
for the River of Life Mission.
Annually, a select committee of REALTORS® chooses the recipient of the
REALTOR® of the Year Award considering the exemplary qualities of the
nominee’s faithfulness to the HBR REALTOR® Code of Ethics; civic activity;
local, state and national association participation as well as business
accomplishments.
The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® is celebrating its 84th year of
service to Oahu and is one of the largest of 1,500 boards of REALTORS®
in the nation. It is also the largest trade organization on Oahu. Membership,
which numbers approximately 5,800, is available to licensed real estate
brokers and agents who agree to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.
